We begin with what you have noticed: a recent storm, a ceiling spot, loose material in the yard or a roof that may simply be nearing the end of its service life. That context helps focus the inspection without jumping to conclusions.
Exterior roof conditions
When conditions allow safe access, the inspection looks at the visible roofing system and the places where water most often finds a path.
- Shingle condition and visible impact marks.
- Missing, lifted or creased shingles.

Documentation and explanation
We photograph relevant findings and explain what they mean. If the roof appears sound, we say so. If repair or replacement should be considered, we explain why and outline the work involved.
